Compliance Statement

TITLE VI, CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964; TITLE IX, PL 92-318, EDUCATIONAL AMENDMENT OF 1972; SECTION 504, UNITED STATES REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973; EDUCATION FOR ALL HANDICAPPED CHILDREN ACT, PL 94-142.

Deer Park Independent School District complies with all federal and state laws and regulations by assuring that no person shall be excluded from consideration for recruitment, selection, appointment, training, promotion, retention, or any other personnel actions, or be denied any benefits or participation in any programs or activities which it operates on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or veteran status (except where age, sex, or disability constitute a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to proper and efficient administration of the district).
